Leona Construction transformed a warehouse space for Gay Lea Foods into a food-grade dry storage facility within 5 weeks. The scope included interior demolition, closing and matching exterior brick at the overhead door, levelling the concrete floor, and applying food-grade paint and epoxy flooring with high bay lighting.
